Using rum sourced from The West Indies Rum Distillery, the spirit drink is made in Barbados using locally sourced coconuts. Around one coconut is required to make one litre of the rum, each handpicked at peak maturity, the flesh hand-cut and sun-dried before being infused into the distillate. Four years of tinkering with recipes has resulted in a relatively limited product, intended to grow in sync with the increase of coconut agriculture on the island.In the meantime grab a bottle.
