Mùa Craft Sake - Pure Rice

Our Pure Rice Sake is an Ode to the Famous rice ST25 grown in Soc Trang, winner of "Best Rice in the World" in 2019 & 2023.

Due to its unique characteristics the rice gives off an aroma of coconut, pineapple and popcorn on the nose with a dry finish, thus leading to the first ever ST25 sake being born.

Pairings: green vegetables, mushrooms, pickles, hard cheese, grilled meats.
