Minor Case comes as a tribute to M.C Beam, Grandfather of Steve and Paul Beam (Yes those Beams). Steve and Paul founded Limestone Distillery back in 2011, an extension of their already decorated family legacy in American Whiskey culture. This rye is then finished for a period of time in sherry casks, adding greater depth and richness.
