Mina Real Blanco Mezcal

Made in Santa Catarina Minas, a town known for its tradition in clay pot distillations, same distillery that produces Mezcal Don Amado. Made with agave Espadin, roasted in cantera limestone kiln ovens, fermented in wooden vats with airborne yeast, and double distilled in a small clay pot still. Tasting notes of pepper and in cocktails comes off closer to a tequila, with little smokiness, great as a sipping Mescal as well.
