Made from espadín agave harvested in the central valley of Oaxaca, production is entirely handcrafted and artisanal. The distillate is then rested for 11 months, first in American oak ex-bourbon barrels and 6 months in French oak casks to produce a sweet, smoky and earthy mezcal.
