The first gin to be made in France, Citadelle is a bright and delightfully balanced gin comprised of 19 different botanicals made on open flame cognac stills. Citadelle gin aims to apply the traditional understanding of terroir utilized in the French wine industry by incorporating juniper berries grown right at their iconic home, the Château De Bonbonnet.
