Brass Lion Distillery in Singapore made its name with the Singapore Dry Gin. Combining that delicious  gin with their house-made bitters, they create what is known in the region as Gin Pahit (Pahit translates to “bitter” in Malay), popularised by the British Royal Navy as a remedy for sea sickness. 

How to drink? Best sipped on the rocks or paired with ginger ale.
