Scrappy’s Orange Bitters is a beautifully handcrafted bitters created by Seattle bartender Miles Thomas. Made using organic herbs and spices, without the use of dyes or artificial flavorings, in small batches. Bright with strong notes of citrus and light herbs, Scrappy’s Orange Bitters are a recreation of the pre-Prohibition bitters. Best used to lighten a stirred cocktail. Perfect in a Martinez and a Hanky Panky Cocktail.
